We offer the following core services:

1-2-1 peer support

Our Peer Support Specialists have experience of lived mental health challenges, and are professionally trained and employed to offer support to other people living with mental health challenges. If you live in East Sussex you can have up to 10 free peer support sessions to explore and make plans for your own recovery.

Peer-supported drop-in services

We run peer-supported drop-in services in wellbeing hubs and community venues across East Sussex. We offer a range of different activities based on people’s interests. These include workshops, coaching sessions, group discussions and 1-2-1 chats. We can tell you about other activities and services in your area. Call us to chat and out what we’re doing or just drop by to meet us – you’ll be very warmly welcomed.

Training & workshops

We offer a range of regular training days and workshops for people living with mental health challenges,  supporters/carers and groups of staff, including:

  • Recovery planning
  • Introduction to peer support
  • Training for peer support specialists or mentors
  • Mental health myths and human realities for staff groups
