Drop in and Individual Peer Support
Peer Support drop ins, are for people who have had, or are currently experiencing mental health challenges/distress and wish to find ways to improve their well-being or find out more about peer support. There is access to a trained Peer Support Specialist, all of whom have their own lived experience of mental health challenges and navigating services.
